We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. Whether you're in Madrid, Miami, or Melbourne — your order travels to you at no extra cost.
Delivery
Shipping timeframe
Orders are typically delivered within 6 to 8 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local postal conditions. We always aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
During peak periods — such as holidays or promotional events — processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.

A tracking number will be sent to your email address within 48 hours of your order being processed and dispatched.
Once you receive your tracking link, you can follow your package at every step of its journey — from our hands to your door.

Customs & Duties
Import taxes & duties
We do our best to ensure your order reaches you without any unexpected additional costs. Import duties or taxes are rare and occur only in exceptional cases — the vast majority of our orders arrive with no extra charges whatsoever.
If customs fees do apply, they are determined entirely by your country's local customs authority. These are outside of our control and cannot be estimated or covered by Éclat Marbella.
Occasionally, international shipments may be held at customs for inspection before being released. This is a standard procedure — if it happens, it typically resolves within a few additional business days and your tracking will reflect any updates.
Only on very rare occasions are customers required to pay import duty, taxes, or VAT upon delivery. We make every effort to minimise the likelihood of this occurring.
Common Questions
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the address. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will do our best to help.
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Do you ship to all countries?
We ship worldwide to the vast majority of countries. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, feel free to reach out before placing your order and we'll confirm immediately.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — is that normal?
Tracking updates can sometimes pause during transit, particularly during international handoffs between carriers. This is normal. If there is no movement after 5 or more days, please contact us and we'll look into it.
